The Course is intended for professionals who want to know and improve in the development of dimensioning and projects of photovoltaic solar system, during the course dimensioning and project tools will be used such as PVsyst software, which is a software used by designers, architects, engineers and researchers para photovoltaic solar generation system projects, and which details all the procedures and models for a project.

Part 1 - Fundamentals of Solar Photovoltaic System
1.1. Solar Source and Photovoltaic Effect.
1.2. Analyze and configure weather data.
1.3. Components of a photovoltaic solar system.
1.4. Analysis and configuration of Photovoltaic Modules.
1.5. Analysis of the electrical behavior of photovoltaic arrays.
Part 2 - Sizing of Photovoltaic Solar System
2.1. Pre-project – define location and weather data
2.2. Orientation – set azimuth and tilt
2.3. Define system modules, inverters and electrical design.
2.4. Modules Layout – create the electrical connections according to the 3D scene
2.5. Detailed losses – incompatibility.
2.6. Run variations of simulations.
Part 3 - Photovoltaic Solar System Project
3.1. On grid, of grid and pumping system design and dimensioning;
3.2. Analysis and sizing of solar inverters.
3.3. Calculation of efficiency and performance of systems using solar irradiation data;
3.4. Simulations with different variants and comparative analysis of the results;
3.5. Shading analysis and use of 3D tool for solar resource assessment and performance determination;
3.6. Detailed analysis of losses in photovoltaic systems;
3.7. Financial analysis using real price data of photovoltaic system components.
Part 4 - Installation, Commissioning and Project Standards and Regulations
4.1. Inspection and Analysis of the Installation Site
4.2. Preparation of Layout of the plant on roof or ground
4.3. Sizing of protection and safety devices
4.4. Request for access to the distributor Technical standards
4.5. Resolutions 414/2010, 482/2012 and 687/2015
4.6. ABNT Technical Standards – Documentation, Commissioning and performance evaluation.
METODOLOGIA
During the course we will develop from the configuration of meteorological data to the analysis of the financial viability of a project.
