Exper was founded in 2012 with the purpose of raising the technical level of the professional lighting market. Its creation stemmed from the perception of a significant gap between professionals involved in the development of technical standards and lighting architects and designers, identified over years of work coordinating ABNT standards. With a genuine commitment to empowering the market, the company was born focused on the development and application of innovative technical solutions.
Its founder is an architect with a master's degree in electrical engineering, and she built her professional career working on large-scale projects focused on energy efficiency. Throughout her career, she specialized in product evaluation through photometry and performance testing, in addition to participating in the creation and training of lighting testing laboratories. For over a decade, she has also worked as an evaluator for Inmetro in lighting product certification processes, consolidating a solid base of technical knowledge.
Currently, Exper works on specialized lighting projects, offering solutions that integrate technical innovation, customized product development, lighting control systems, integrative lighting, as well as the use of simulation software and BIM technology.
As a distinguishing feature, the company stands out for its in-depth technical approach to product and project evaluation, relying on the support of laboratories accredited by Inmetro and performing measurements with modern and calibrated equipment, ensuring precision, reliability, and a high standard of quality in every delivery.

Since 2008, through the Connect Project, it has promoted actions aimed at bringing balance between the professional and personal lives of its employees, partners, and the community in general, through thematic meetings with professionals from various fields of knowledge.
In 2021, it emphasized its environmental mission by becoming a partner of Reciclus, which is responsible for the reverse logistics policy for fluorescent lamps.

We have a civil engineer responsible for ensuring compatibility with the construction project; an electrical engineer who develops and designs systems with a focus on safety and efficiency; an architect who integrates lighting with the architecture and user experience; and an administrative team that ensures organization and monitoring at all stages. Environmental Actions
EXPER has become a partner in one of the largest national sustainability projects. Reciclus manages the reverse logistics of light bulbs in Brazil.
The association is responsible for managing the reverse logistics of lamps containing mercury and provides collection points in commercial establishments throughout Brazil, so that individuals can dispose of their used lamps for safe collection, transportation, and proper disposal at certified recyclers.
The lamp collection point is located at EXPER Headquarters, in the Open Mall The Square, Rodovia Raposo Tavares, Km 22 - Granja Viana, Cotia-SP.
